GREENPEACE FELLOWSHIPS:

THE DATA FELLOWSHIP:

The Fellow is responsible for providing administrative and project support to the Data Team and will assist in many of the daily activities that keep our three databases (fundraising, email, and outreach) running properly. The individual will assist the team improve the quality of the information stored in each database and across the entire system.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Uploading and downloading large amounts of data in multiple systems
•Reconciling information in multiple databases
•Data cleanup and correction
•Identifying data integrity issues and working with the team to resolve the problem
•Updating or creating process documentation
•Running reports and queries as needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

Skills:

•Motivated with excellent logic and problem solving skills
•Knowledgeable with (or ability to learn) the functions of fundraising and outreach databases
•Highly organized
•Willing to work in a team environment.
•Quick at picking up new skills
•Desire to work for a progressive environmental organization

COMPENSATION:

$10/hr, full-time, paid holidays and sick time, $40/month in metro vouchers

DURATION:

Six month contract
