Clinical Director -Morris Home a subsidiary of RHD, a licensed long-term residential alcohol and other drugs holistic treatment program for transgender and gender variant individuals, is seeking a full-time Clinical Director. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's Degree in a clinical field, with at least five years of experience providing substance abuse and clinical services as well as experience managing and supervising others.
The Clinical Director is responsible for overseeing the clinical milieu of the program, while carrying a caseload. Working knowledge of the practice guidelines, the sanctuary model and dialectical behavior therapy strongly preferred. Members of transgender and LGBTQI community encouraged to apply.
