Full-time Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

at Broadridge Financial Solutions in Colorado-Denver

The successful candidate in this role will be responsible for evaluating and testing new and modified software to verify that programs function according to user requirements and conform to established guidelines, prior to their release to clients. Writes, revises and verifies quality standards and test procedures for program design and product evaluation to attain quality of software economically and efficiently. Documents software improvements or corrections in a bug tracking tool and works with developers and product manager to determine appropriate course of action. Conducts compatibility tests with vendor-provided programs. Monitors program performance after test implementation to prevent program operating problems and insure efficiency of operation. Writes documentation to describe program evaluation, testing, and correction.


Qualifications Required :

Education and/or experience equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
Brokerage and/or Securities processing experience.
Experience in a QA environment utilizing Client Server, Internet and mainframe.
Excellent PC Skills-Microsoft Office.
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills required.
