Senior Conversions Analyst
at Broadridge Financial Solutions in New Jersey-Northern
Conversion analysts are responsible for being part of a team that on boards new clients onto the Impact Platform. Also act as a subject matter expert for specific areas of Impact functionality providing training and testing support• Subject Matter expert for client on specificc areas of functionality within IMPACT.
• Testing support during all phases of client testing.
• Client point of contact for all client inquiries for his or her functional area of expertise.
• Faclitate all client training in his or her area of expertise
• Workflow / Gap analysis.
• Issue tracking and resolution.
• Static data set up and testing.
• Training
Qualifications Required :
Background in Fixed Income and back office operations in the Financial Services Industry.
Experience converting new clients onto an online service offering.
Experience working with Broadridge's IMPACT product is a big plus.
Strong client service background is a must.
