Work with new clients to convert onto the Broadridge platform. Conversion Manager is responsible for all facets of a midsized to large conversion project. Primary responsibility to complete the conversion on time and on budget.

• Coordinate conversion project resources.

• Establish a conversion project plan that sets realistic expectations.

• Maintenance and governance of the conversion project plan.

• Establish and maintain consistent communication with the client regarding progress of conversion.

• Coordinate and manage Workflow / Gap process.

• Coordinate and manage Mock and Parallel activity.

• Coordinate and manage static data set up and testing process.

• Coordinate and manage training process.

Qualifications Required :

- Strong Financial Services experience required relative to Client Conversion initiatives

- Experienced working with Brokerage applications, back office processing, fixed income, operations, treasuries- mini, corp, fed eligible

- Seeking strong customer service and client centric skills

• Prior experience working with Broadridge’s Impact system is a strong plus
