    Ok. We all need to take care of our own. Nobody is going to do it for us and we shouldn't expect them to! Let's help each other. Network.

    Amen to that, Jillian. One suggestion I have is for transgender individuals to sign up and get a page on LinkedIn.com. I've done that and am networking like crazy there. If you've not been to LinkedIn, it's an online networking site that's focused solely on business and creating business-oriented connections. Check it out and see if it's right for you.
