Feature requests would go here. I'm working on a resume page and a search resume page for employers, but the challenge is keeping everything private. It's coming though.

One thing that really helps out freelancers is to be able to search by job attributes (full-time, part-time, freelance, telecommute, etc). I mainly keep my eyes out for contract work (1099 or W4 "gigs") rather than full-time offers (W2), giving preference to those in the Dallas / Fort Worth area, or to those companies who prefer remote work.

I don't see a way to do this, but that would at least increase the usefulness of this for me and other freelancers.

I think I can do that fairly easily Katherine. As soon as I get some time! Great idea.

How about a place to suggest TG friendly or supportive companies that are not currently on your list(s)? I know that eBay currently employs a number of transwomen in various positions.

I think this is a wonderful and certainly heaviy needed resource, so first I offer kudos to you Jillian for putting this all together. From a features standpoint, obviously the aforementioned ability to post resumes would be a huge asset, and it sounds like you are working on that. Job search refinements would also be helpful, such as the ability to drill down to specific geographical locations, even if just by state.
Again though, I think it can be a tremendous resource, and you have a great start.
